These two were an absolute dream to shoot. I was more than ecstatic to be taking on a traditional African wedding this Summer when Kara and Eron originally booked me. Their friends and family traveled down to Southern California for this beautiful wedding and I still cannot believe how much love and support this couple has from their loved ones. It was a big wedding but it was all about their love for each other. During the ceremony, Kara and Eron surprised everyone with a major name change, and I’m not just talking about their last name. Eron became Kehfun (the one who brings prosperity) and Kara became Bonisile (one who led us to see) and their family klan name became Ikemba (strength of the people).
