FULL SERVICE PLANNING
Up to 5 in person meetings; one of which will include the venue walk through. Vendor recommendations. Wedding party rehearsal. Assistance in assembling and sending out wedding invitations. Need me to run to Ikea and pick up a few items for the wedding? I GOT YOU! Live out of state? No worries, I will be your eyes and ears here making sure things get done. This package ensures you will be stress free throughout the entire planning process.
PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING
We'll hold your hand through the last few touches of your planning process. If you've already started booking and planning, we can fill in some of the parts you may have forgotten about. We'll handle all things wedding related about 6 months before your wedding day. We'll be sure everything is in place for a perfect day!
MONTH OF COORDINATING
Month of Coordination is for the couple who has completed their planning (or plans to do so) and is looking for a Wedding Day Coordinator to execute their vision. This package will allow our couples to relax and be a guest at their own wedding! Includes 3 in person meetings one month before the wedding to work out details including set up instructions, vendor confirmations, and your wedding timeline. You get complete wedding management and day-of execution for up to 8hrs
SET UP & TEAR DOWN
This option is perfect for couples who already have a "coordinator" at their venue. We come in and set up all of your decor, come back and pack everything up! Includes 1 in person meeting (usually at the venue), 2 hours of set up and 1 hour of breakdown. Addtional hours are $200/per hour.

Hi there! I'm Kaylee and I'm the founder and lead planner at Madly & Co. I started this company in 2019 after designing and coordinating multiple adventurous workshops for wedding vendors to better market themselves in the industry. I love to photograph weddings (that's where it all started) but I kept feeling myself being pulled more toward wedding planning. I took the leap, received my certificate in wedding planning, and gathered an amazing group of bad ass boss babes to assist me.

Hello loves, I'm Alexa and I'm the lead assistant planner at Madly & Co! Since joining the company, I have been on a journey to really learn the ins and outs of the industry from Kaylee.
